Richard L. Vice Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard L. Vice of Paris, Illinois, who passed away on February 4, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Mitchell and Mary Collinell Vice (Green); his wife Patricia Simes; and his siblings, George William Vice, Margaret Rose Huddleston and James Allen Vice.

He is survived by: his son Stephen Vice (Deborah); his grandchildren, Brooke Bishop (Brent), Chelsea Abu-Seir (Todd), Alexis "Ali" Rauch (Todd), John B. Vice (Kennedy Weese) and Katie Keller (Greg); and his great grandchildren, Jayden Bishop, Brody Bishop, Jillian Abu-Seir, Elaina Abu-Seir, Carlee Abu-Seir, Colt Vice, Tripp Vice, Cole Porter and Christine Porter.

Memorials may be made to Edgar County Fair Association in honor of harness racing.
