Ellingsworth Jr. (Lisa) of Paris and Nichole "Nikki" Sullivan of Paris; his grandchildren, Cameron Limes (Niki) of San Antonio, Alex Fenza (Sara) of Albuquerque, Layne Ellingsworth of Carbondale, Josie Ellingsworth of Paris, Jude Sullivan of Mesa and Grace Sullivan of Corpus Christi, Texas; his great grandchildren, River Limes of San Antonio and Alfonso Fenza of Albuquerque; his siblings, Wes Austin of Terre Haute, Sharon Gibbons of Terre Haute and Deborah Szatkowski of Terre Haute, Indiana; and his sisters-in-law, Kay Boren of Paris and Brenda Hill of Bloomington, Indiana.. He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews.
