Rhoads (Paris, Illinois), born in Vermilion, Illinois, who passed away on July 26, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John D. Martin and Zeta Martin (Shively). She is survived by: her husband William Winston Rhoads; her daughters, Carol Tuttle (Tom) of Paris, Cathy Beaven (Vernon) of Paris and Debbie Griffin (August) of Paris; her sister Dorothy Farnham of Paris; her grandchildren, Jennifer Tuttle, Tim Tuttle, Tiffany Dappen, Jacob Griffin (Janelle) and Joshua Griffin (Ciara); and her great grandchildren, Jaden Miller, Coby Miller, Delaney Dappen, Mark Griffin, Gus Griffin and Adlee Griffin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
