He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. Dixon and Stephanie L. Miller Dixon; and his brother Bruce Dixon. He is survived by: his siblings, Tim Dixon (Cynthia) of Pasadena, CA and Melanie Wells (Rob) of Marshall, IL; his nieces, Clancy Wells, Claire Dixon and Ali Dixon; and his friend Mike White.
