She was predeceased by: her parents, O. C. Unseld and June Unseld (Samford); and her sister Kay Snyder. She is survived by: her husband Larry Willoughby; her sons, Jeffrey Lee Willoughby (Beth) of Greenfield and Corey Jo Willoughby (Darla) of Paris; her sister Rose Marie Campbell of Foley, Alabama; her grandchildren, Ryan Lee Willoughby of Greenfield, Morgan Ann Roberts (Andy) of Mascoutah, Bailey Lee Willoughby (Nat) of Greenfield and Nicole Jo Abernathy (Derek) of Fayetteville; and her great grandchildren, Mia Roberts, Maelee Roberts and Ayla Abernathy.

For those who wish, the family suggests that memorials be made to ELKS National Foundation Youth Projects.
