He is survived by: his wife Penny Winkler; his children, Ashley Jones (Daniel) of Chrisman, IL, Jeremy Winkler (Christina) of Charleston, IL, Zachary Winkler of Mattoon, IL and Tabatha Baugh of Mattoon, IL; and his siblings, Jenny Uselman of Paris, Ernest Winkler of Marshall, John Winkler of Clinton and Brian Winkler of Marshall, Illinois.. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
