He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Ovid and Dolly M. Swinford (Daugherty); and his siblings, Paul and Goldie. He is survived by: his wife Sharon D. Dawson; his son Doug Swinford of Paris; his granddaughters, Kaylea Wombles (Byron) of Metcalf and Lauren Swinford of Paris; and his great grandchild Peyton Wombles.
