It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman Lee Smith (Paris, Illinois), born in Metcalf, Illinois, who passed away on April 17, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur "Buddy" and Doris Smith (Shuler). He is survived by: his children, Rick Smith (Lea) of Indianapolis and Melody Saylor (Gary) of Ferdinand; his sister Diana Trunnell (Lee) of Clarksburg; and his grandchildren, Sara Smith of Indianapolis, Rachel Matthai (Jeremy) of Augusta, Jordan Saylor (Lydia) of Chicago, Sky Saylor (Brenna) of Owensboro, Chase Saylor of Ferdinand and Noah Saylor of Ferdinand. He is also survived by three great grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
