She was predeceased by: her parents, Nobyl Powers and Mary Powers (Cassle); her husband Charles Talbert Foley; and her sister Patricia Snedeker. She is survived by: her children, Mary Kathryn "Kate" Ingram (Gary) of Brocton, Charles Talburt "Tal" Foley III (Mercedez) of Marshall, Barbara Rae "Barbie" Sinclair (Bob) of Paris and James Cassle "J. C." Foley of Paris; her sister Jeanne Young of Paris; her brother-in-law Don (Carolyn Foley) of Paris; and her grandchildren, Cassie Joines (Matt) of Champaign, Becca Todd (Jason) of Rustburg, Carson Foley of Marshall, Carly Foley of Marshall, Jessica Haygood (Matt) of Tupelo, John Tyler McCall (Megan) of Springvale, Sarah Padgett of Carbondale, Bobby Sinclair (Amanda) of Paris, Jessica Sinclair (Austin Rice) of Paris and Ashley Staley (Bobby) of Paris. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
