She is survived by: her children, Jeff Culpepper (Lisa) of Paris and Lisa Church (Kelly) of Moab, Utah; her stepchildren, Steve Jones (Kara) of Paris, Kim Francis and Julie West (Ken) of Stephens City, Virginia; and her stepson-in-law Gary McKay of St. Charles, Missouri.. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
