She was predeceased by: her parents, Seymour Bert Simpson and Margaret Rosenburg Simpson; and her siblings, Robert W. Simpson, Mildred A. Wofford, Susan Ann Harris, Anna May Fitzsimmons, William B. Simpson and Charles Simpson.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond Towell; her children, Teresa Lou Fontana of Paris, Ray Towell Jr. of Paris and Shannon Lee Powers of Mountain View, Missouri; her grandchildren, Daniel C. Thompson of Marshall, Aleshia Renea Kakik of Paris, Miranda McMahan of Paris, Erik Towell of Charleston, Chasity Schoenhofen of West Plains and Jessica Powers of Cherokee Village, Arkansas; and her sister Betty Garner of Paris, Illinois.. She is also survived by her 8 great-grandchildren.
