It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lloyd Dale Simpson Jr. of Paris, Illinois, born in Muncie, Indiana, who passed away on February 16, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Dale Simpson, Sr. and Merle Dean Simpson (Shaw); his son-in-law Darl Field; and his siblings, Sheila Wallace, Edward Simpson and Mark Simpson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Field of Chrisman, Gina Gladding (Mark) of Paris and Tricia Pickett (Bill) of Waverly, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Daltin Pickett (McKenna), Dillan Pickett, Melissa Pickett, Addison Pickett, Paisley Pickett, Kennedy Gladding, Bryce Gladding and Sage Gladding; and his great grandchildren, Violet, Sawyer and Knox Pickett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
