She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Debbie Lowe and Bruce Lowe of Paris; her daughter Lindsay Marie Colter of Paris; and her sisters, Amanda Jo Blair (Dustin) of Chrisman, Lela Lowe (James Ramsey) of Chrisman and Emma Jean Butler (Roger Gant) of Mattoon. She was also cherished by 3 nieces and 3 nephews.
