"Dean" Ballard; her children, Norman Ballard of Terre Haute, Kenneth Ballard (Judy) of Sevierville and Vicki Ballard of Paris, Illinois; her grandchildren, Kirk Ballard (Cindy), Christina Chandler (Shawn), Leslie Bauchman (Tim), Katie Ballard and Cody Ballard; and her siblings, Patricia Cash, Gary Oakes (Darlene), Rebecca Kraemer (Keith), Gerald Oakes (Lynette), Janet Cash (Larry), Debra Whitlaw and Sheila Haworth (George). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
