She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry Phinney and Susannah Phinney (Mullen); and her brother Max Russel Phinney. She is survived by: her husband Rick Allen Kennedy; her daughters, Avoree Gore (Jason) of Paris, IL and Reigan Kennedy of Canton, MO; her grandchildren, Colten Gore (Taryn) of Paris, IL, Conner Gore of Paris, IL, Lizzie Kennedy Winn (Bug) of Charleston, IL, Emma Kennedy of Canton, MO, Carter Gore of Paris, IL and Cross Gore of Paris, IL; her siblings, Melanie Ogle (Carl) of Paris, IL, Scot Phinney of Flossmoor, IL, Tod Phinney (Barbara) of Albuquerque, NM, Leigh Ann Smith (Russell) of Danville, IL and Gene Phinney (Lori) of Worden, IL; and her siblings-in-law, Sheila Elyea (Doug) of Belmont, MI, Robert Kennedy (Sandy) of Cleveland, TN, Warren Kennedy (Kathy) of Paris, IL and Margo Yeargin (Brad) of Paris. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
