It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry L. Soberg of Paris, Illinois, who passed away on December 27, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandmother Mae Sanders. He is survived by: his wife Judith Holbrook; his children, Kim Abernathy of Paris and Scott Soberg (Sandi) of Paris; his grandchildren, Dustin Abernathy of Jacksonville, Derek Abernathy (Nicole) of Fayetteville, Taylor Ford of Fishers, Connor Polk of Paris and Cooper Soberg of Paris; and his great grandchildren, Ayla Abernathy and Avery Polk. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
For those who wish, the family suggests that memorials be made to the Honor Flight Network or to Paris Masonic Temple Corporation.
