He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Peters and Marguerite Peters (VanDeventer); his brother Kenny Peters; and his granddaughter Kristen Winans. He is survived by: his wife Jayne Griffith; his children, Larry Peters II (Amanda) of Brocton, Annie Winans (David) of Indianola and Rachel Breneman (Ron Brown) of Paris; his siblings, Don Peters of Amana, Ray of Paris, Wayne Peters of Paris, Norma Simpson of Terre Haute, Martha Perry of Paris, Sharon Perry of Simsboro and Janet Apple of Charleston, Illinois; his grandchildren, Brooklynn, Briar Peters, Wesley Winans (Halle), Katie Winans, Madison, Ella, Joe and Adaline Breneman; and his great grandchildren, Johnny, Mikey Bailey, Colt Winans and Xander Breneman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
