We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2023, at the age of 73, Kirk Bowers of Paris, Illinois, born in Decatur, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert G. Bowers and Imogene Bowers (Dickerson); his stepmother Doris Bowers; and his grandson Hunter Hefner. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Rhoads; his children, Tina Suzanne Hefner of Paris and Heath Gehret Bowers of Paris; his siblings, Richard Bowers (Sandra) of Atlanta, Georgia, Daurene Worth (Robert) of Indianapolis, Rona Walling (Steve) of Fairhope and Denise Wilkins (Rick) of Mt. Zion, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Skylar and Olivia Foote of Paris. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
