She was predeceased by: her parents, Okey Townsend, and Gertrude Townsend, Sr. (Sanders); her former husband Roger L. "Bud" Russell; and her siblings, Okey Townsend, Jr. and Francis Davidson.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald F. St. Louis; her son Michael Scott Russell (Lisa) of Chrisman, Illinois; her siblings, Mason Townsend of Grandbury, Texas, Barbara Carlisle of Tinley Park and Geraldine Croy of Vincennes, Indiana; her grandchildren, Andrea Short of North Glen, Samuel Russell of Roseville, California and Matthew Starkey of Roseville, California; and her great grandchildren, Athena, Alexis Short, Barry and Maxwell Starkey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
