He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hogan and Ella Tomlinson Hogan; his former spouse Jean Nein Hogan; his wife Madonna Moore; and his son Andrew Kenneth Hogan.

He is survived by: his children, Mike Hogan (Nancy) of Paris, Sandra Menke (Steve) of Tucson, Mark Hogan of Paris and Tina Kennedy of Quincy, Illinois; and his brother Daniel Hogan of Macon, Illinois.. He is also survived by his 6 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Knights of Columbus 860 or the Arcola VFW To plant Memorial Trees in memory of.
