He was predeceased by: his parent Allyn J.; his daughter Nancy Adams; and his sisters, Marjorie Ellyn Slater and Virginia Dickenson. He is survived by: his parent Mary E. Adams Sr (Dodd); his spouse Dorothy Jean Pinnell; his children, Mary Beth Debatin (La Verne) of Robinson and Edward Adams (Marie) of Cookville; his brother Allyn J. Adams Jr. of Paris; and his sister-in-law Evelyn Pinnell of Charleston. He is also survived by four grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
