He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Randall and Faye Randall (Fox); and his brothers, Larry and Stanley Randall. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Cash (Bennet); his daughters, Minnie F. Milam (Scott) and Mamie Randall; his grandchildren, Logan, Gwyneth, Gareth Blair, Finley Dowers, Fox Milam, Jacob, Emma and Ave Shelkey; his great grandchild Emric Blair; and his brother Loren Randall of Paris. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

For those who wish, the family suggests that memorials be made to First United Methodist Church of Paris or to Faith in Action of Edgar County.
