He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Thurman and Lorene Thurman (Mills); and his wife Carolyn Thurman. He is survived by: his children, Jerry Thurman (Holly) of Paris, John Thurman (Angie) of Paris, Gary Thurman (Amy) of Paris and Tracey Malooley (Tim) of Terre Haute, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Reanna Clendenen (David), Jesse, Kirstie Duzan (Clint), Patrick Englum (Madison), Kevin Thurman, Tiffany, Wesley, Mara and Garvin. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
