He is survived by: his wife Becky Mitchell of Chrisman; his daughters, Carri Hoffman (Dan) of Paris, Connie Krueger (Aaron) of Terre Haute, Candi Cusick (Ryan McBroom) of Center Point and Suzi Cusick (Gary Miller) of Paris; his grandchildren, Cayla Hoffman (Tel Powers) of Paris, Christina Hodgson (Robert) of Paris, Courtney Hoffman of Paris, Caradan Hoffman of Paris, Selena Delacruz of Paris, Dylan Miller of Paris, Becca Miller of Paris, Nora Krueger of Terre Haute, Zane, Rylee and Nolan McBroom of Center Point, Indiana; his great grandchildren, Theo Powers, Claire Powers and Vayda Hodgson of Paris; his siblings, Tim Cusick of Indiana, Hank Cusick of Paris and Billie Cusick of Paris; his stepmother Marilee Cusick of Paris; and his brother-in-law Tom Mitchell (Gina) of Chrisman.
