With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James W. Blair (Paris, Illinois), who passed away on January 6, 2020 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Blair, Jr. and Bettie Blair (Cook). He is survived by: his brother Steve Blair (Jane) of Paris; and his nephews, Brian Blair (Jessica) and Scott Blair (Billie Jean Quinn). He is also survived by cousins, extended family members, and friends.
