He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert A. and Mary L. Sudduth (Vice). He is survived by: his wife Julia Crum; his children, James Sudduth Jr. of Paris and Jennifer Sudduth of Paris, Illinois; his adoptive son Kenneth L. Yates Jr.; his brothers, Robert A. Sudduth Jr. of Louisiana and Ray Grant Sudduth (Edith) of Sparks, Nevada; and his grandchildren, Mitchell L. Gosnell Jr., Tiffany Elizabeth Gosnell and Noah J. Bradley.
