He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac E. Ritchey and Marilyn J. Ritchey (McNary); and his half-siblings, Isaac Ritchey, Jr., Brian "Scott" Ritchey, Jesse Ritchey and Lisa Rahrscheib.
He is survived by: his children, Leigh Anne Arriaga and Charles Ritchey; his siblings, Charles Ritchey, Callie Young, Viola Blankenship, Starla Spenner and Sue Ellen Austin; his half-siblings, Darrell Kubina, Joe Ritchey, Heidi Ritchey, Rachel Hipsher, Pansy Parish and Julie Irvin; and his grandchildren, Ralph, Jonathan, Ruby and Logan.
