James Leo Starr Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 10, 2022, at the age of 62, James Leo Starr of Paris, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Starr and Betty Cleary Seaney (Ray); and his siblings, Scott Seaney, Antonette and Tonette Seaney.
He is survived by: his children, Lindsey Cogan (Josh) of Decatur, IL, Michael Starr of Paris and Adam Starr of Paris; his grandchildren, Kandrey Cogan, Hayleigh Cogan, Kassidy Cogan, Caide Cogan, Shayleigh Starr, Shiyah Starr, Haysten Starr and Graisyn Starr; his great grandchild Kylan Wilder; and his siblings, Mark Starr (Donna) of Virginia Beach, VA, Kellie Gates (Tom) of Paris and Darlena Elledge (Mike) of Paris. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Edgar County Shrine Club.
