He is survived by: his fiancée Linda Hall of Paris, IL; his children, Lory Palmer, Toby Cash of Paris, IL and Nicole Cash of Mattoon, IL; and his sister Delores Lutz of Melbourne, FL. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
