She was predeceased by: her parents, William L. Murray and Myrtle Murray (Adams); her stepmother Ivory Dale Murray; and her siblings, Cecil Murray, Mildred Campbell, Mabel Rollins and Margaret Barker.

She is survived by: her children, Craig Smith (Hellie) of Paris and Suzanne Adair (Kenneth) of Lexington, Kentucky; her sisters, Nona Sparks of Cynthiana, Geneva Stocker of Frankfort and Judith Maryweiser of Wilmore, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Zach Patrick of Paris, Hunter Smith (Shelby) of Paris, Hillary Bradley (Michael) of Paris, Caslon Smith of Indianapolis, Kenny Adair (Jess) of Burlington and Michael Adair (Jessica) of Lexington, Kentucky; and her great grandchildren, Luke, Delilah, Gigi, Chaning Bradley, Eva, Tolliver Smith, Leo Smith, Evie Adair and Charlie Adair. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
