We are sad to announce that on January 23, 2023, at the age of 96, Helen Marie Bibo of Paris, Illinois, born in Newport, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Winifred E. Winsock and Joseph A. Winsock; her children, Cherie Bibo Lehman of Paris, Robin White (Larry) of Kansas City, MO, Hellie Smith (Craig) of Paris and Michelle Vaughn (Ed) of Paris; her husband Philip George Bibo of Paris, Illinois.; and her son Philip Anthony Bibo of Paris. She was also cherished by her four daughters, 12 grandchildren, and 24 great-grandchildren.
