She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Gallagher and Sarah Elizabeth Gallagher (Holmes); her husband John Mazely; her sons, Stephen Robert Mazely and Jon Randall Mazely; and her siblings, James Gallagher and Vera Long.
She is survived by: her daughter Kristin Fitzgerald of Paris; her sister Melba Johnson of Villa Grove; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Humphrey of Sullivan, Stephen Gabrial Hughes of Richmond, Zachariah Fitzgerald of Paris and Jacob Fitzgerald of Paris; her great grandchildren, Lacey Hopper of Ft. Wayne, Lauran Humphrey of Sullivan, Lilia Hughes of Richmond, Logan Hughes of Richmond and Layton Fitzgerald of Paris; and her stepgreat-grandsons, Weston Landsaw of Paris and Bradley Landsaw of Paris. She is also survived by four nieces and nephews.
