He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Hayes and Joanne Hayes. He is survived by: his son Isaac; his wife Kaye Ogle Hayes; and his siblings, Karen Kerrick (Jim) of Paris, Mary Ellen Wilson (Mike) of Paris and Mike Hayes (Kathy) of Casey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Gary requested memorials be made to E.C.C.F., Inc. Do-It Fund or Sarah Bush Lincoln Regional Cancer Center.
