He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Howard and Edith C. Thompson (Millis); and his son Jonathon Kindred. He is survived by: his children, James of Paris, Franklin of Paris and Edith Kindred of Paris; his siblings, Darrell Kindred of Paris, Jill Cerveny of Dubuque and Angie Mills of Chrisman, Illinois; his grandchildren, Grant, Issabella Kindred and Jozzlynn Curtis; and also Dawn Boyd of Paris.
