It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Irene Knoepfel (Paris, Illinois), who passed away on February 9, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Lane Winkle and Irene Vera Winkle (France); her husband William Donald Knoepfel; and her son Brian Keith Knoepfel. She is survived by: her brother Neal Winkle of Spokane, WA; her son Kevin Lee Knoepfel (Joanna Jane); and her grandchildren, Jenny Irene Burke (Christopher Michael Burke) and Hans William Knoepfel. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
