He is survived by: his spouse Evelyn "Ovie" Richards; his sister Maxine Brown Fitzjarrald of Arthur, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Debbie McMillan Kleiss of Tuscola, Susi Hanner Willis (Bruce) of Paris, IL, Sue Downes (Mike) of St. Joseph, IL, Doug McMillan (Debra Hill) of Pueblo, CO, Bob Browne (Jean) of Martin, TN, Don Richards (Chris) of Grove, OK, Jim Hanner (Bev) of Fort Pierce, FL, Mike Richards (Mary) of Powell, TN and Tom Richards (Cindy) of Austin, TX. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
