He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland P. Ray and Ida K. Ray (Zier). He is survived by: his wife June Maggert; his children, Tami Klotz (Ray), Jeff Ray of Paris, Jamie McDaniel (Christy) of Plantation and John McDaniel (Lisa) of Charleston, Illinois; his brother Don Ray (Kathleen) of Enumclaw, Washington; his grandchildren, Hannah Jernigan (Michael Pinnell), Amanda Jernigan (Kyle Johnson), Cheyanne Revell (Joey), Matthew, Luke McDaniel, Keridwen and Ian McDaniel; his great grandchildren, Oliver Pinnell, Finley Johnson and Emma Revell; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Anderson (Andy) of Paris and Lloyd Maggert (Sharon) of Paris. He is also survived by four step-great-grandchildren.
