He is survived by: his wife Joan Shonk; his children, Garold Hayes of Indianapolis and Valerie Adkins (Norman) of Edwardsville, Illinois; his grandchildren, Chad Wesbey (Carly) of Highland and Jessica Hodson (Wade) of Chandler, Arizona; and his great grandchild Luke Wesbey.
