She was predeceased by: her parents, David Harper and Gladys Rebecca Harper (Evans); her husband James Edward Jackson; her sons, David and Edwin Jackson; her sister Daisy Harper; and her grandson Steven Jackson.
She is survived by: her daughter Dorothy McGee (Donald) of Paris; and her grandchildren, Donna Johnson (Andrea) of Paris, Michael McGee of Winfield, Andrea Denise Harris (Luther) of Dallas, Allen Jackson (Bambi) of Hinsdale, Mary Randall of Indianapolis, Carol Jackson of St. Louis, Martha Jackson of Chicago, Andrew Jackson of Gary, Shelia Buchanan of Savoy, Karen Roberson of Savoy and Gina Jackson (Alexis) of Atlanta, Georgia. She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
