He is survived by: his mother Dormilee Rose Kennedy; his stepfather Mark Dunlap of Paris; his children, Paden Kennedy (Tina Allen) of Terre Haute and Natasha Kennedy (Michael Baskett) of Terre Haute; his brother Chad Kennedy of Tilton, Illinois; and his pet Vance.

For those who wish, the family suggests that memorials be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
