He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Waggoner and Ivalou Myers Waggoner (Paul Randall). He is survived by: his children, Amy Dasilva of Paris, IL, Bryce Eugene Waggoner of Springfield, IL and Steven Michael Waggoner of Springfield, IL; his brothers, Ricky Ray Randall and Charles David Randall; his grandson Kenneth Marlon Jeffrey Atkins of Paris, IL; and his great grandchild Hendrix Lane Callaway (Cheryl Craig).
