With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy A. Wilson of Paris, Illinois, born in Steinauer, Nebraska, who passed away on May 14, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Schmit and Martha Magdalene Schmit (Klaudt); her spouse Louie Preston Wilson; her daughter Doris Wolfe; and her siblings, Wilhelm, Francis Schmit and Loretta Walker.
She is survived by: her children, Louie P. Wilson Jr. (Frances Peaker) of Las Vegas and Susan M. Jenison (Kevin) of Muscatine, Iowa; her grandson Homer J. Wolfe (Vaishali Sampat) of Los Angeles; her son-in-law Homer E. Wolfe of Paris; and her sisters-in-law, Sandy Schmit of Danville, Illinois and Norma Schmit of Danville, Illinois. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
