With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Lee Findley of Paris, Illinois, born in Marshall, Illinois, who passed away on November 25, 2020 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hurley Findley and Pearl Findley (Buehler); his former wife Miriam Low Findley; and his wife Mary Ruth Thompson Findley. He is survived by: his children, David Findley (Jeanette Ogle) of Florissant, MO. and Janice Ziemer (late Bruce) of Chicago; his stepdaughters, Nancy Elliott, Diane Cotts of Chicago, Karlene Avgerinos of Las Vegas and Annette Salvaggio of Paris; his grandsons, Patrick Findley (Amanda) of Olivette, MO. and Scott Findley (Mary Jo) of Franklin, VA; and his sisters, Joan Thomas of Murphys, CA., Phyllis Meeks of Reynoldsburg and Ruth Ferguson (Tom) of The Villages, FL. He is also survived by ten step-grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and 23 step-great- grandchildren.
