He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Mattingly and Agnes Mattingly (Carroll); and his sister Peggy Mattingly McIntosh. He is survived by: his daughter Shanda St (Robert); his stepchildren, Jack Miller (Karen) of Port Richey, Randy Miller (Lorilee) of St. Cloud, Gary Miller of Memphis and Jacqueline Todd (Gary) of Oakland; and his siblings, Patrick Mattingly of Brocton and Carol Johnson (Damon) of Brocton. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
