He is survived by: his wife Patricia Foster; his children, Dennis Rowell, Jr. (Jessica Fuller) and Donna Rowell; his stepson Christopher Palya (Debra); and his siblings, Laura Rowell, Scott Rowell (Darlene), Cindy Leach-Rosie (Gilbert), Gordy Leach, David Rowell, Billy Rowell (Mary), Kim Rowell and Cheryl Rowell. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
