She was predeceased by: her father John Beauchamp. She is survived by: her mother Linda Beauchamp (Hutson) of Paris; her husband Douglas Mattingly; her children, Alexis Simpson (James) of Paris and Douglas Mattingly II (Kisandra) of Paris; her siblings, John Beauchamp, Jr. of Shirkieville, Indiana, Kristal Hutchison (Troy) of New Goshen and Robin Baugh (Shane) of Paris; and her grandchildren, Sage, Gentry, Grace Simpson, Bentley Basham and Reese Mattingly. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
