He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilford Milligan and Clara Elizabeth Powers Milligan; and his sister Martha Milligan of Largo. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Salyers; his sons, David Milligan Jr. (Josh) of Paris, Jimmy Milligan (Whitney) of Friendswood and Chris Milligan (Brianna Nelson) of Apopka, Florida; his grandchildren, Connor, Logan, Payton and Riley; and his brother Roy Milligan of Burlington.
