He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Allen Morgan and Vesta Morgan (Grayson); and his brother Gerald Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Huddlestun; his children, Wendy Bell (Terry) of Lincoln, Eric Morgan (Angela) of Paris and Greg Morgan (Loretta) of Paris; his grandchildren, Cory Bell, Carrington Bell, Phillip Morgan, Grace Morgan, Weslee Morgan (Bailey), Wayde Morgan and Whyatt Morgan; his great grandchildren, Kollin Bell, Harper Bell, Lily Maschino and Everlee Morgan; and his siblings, Harriett Ramsey of Paris, Ava Gilbert of Brocton, Illinois, Roger Morgan (Peggie) of Princeton and Marvin Morgan (Martha) of Philo, Illinois. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
