Belt of Paris, Illinois, born in Terre Haute, Indiana, who passed away on September 15, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald E. Belt and Eleanor E. Jones Belt of Paris. She is survived by: her siblings, Marian R. Mattingly of Paris and David E. Belt of Casey, Illinois; and her half-sister Linda Frizzell of Champaign, Illinois. She is also survived by nephew, several nieces and several great-nephews and great-nieces.
