She was predeceased by: her father Forrest Willoughby; her husband Kenneth Nickles; her son Dallas Nickles; her grandson Dusty Nickles; and her siblings, Wayne, Paul Willoughby and Mary Strow.

She is survived by: her mother Gladys Willoughby (Moody); her sons, David Nickles (Diana) of Austin, Kevin Nickles (Mary Ryan) of Terre Haute and Kim Nickles (Sherri) of Austin; and her sister Martha Willoughby of Paris. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

For those who wish, the family suggests that memorials be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to a church of the donor's choice.
